LINK Healthcare is a growing and innovative Direct Primary Care practice serving employees and their families across Central Wisconsin. We offer a wide range of services including primary care, occupational health, acute and chronic disease management, urgent care, comprehensive lab services, X-ray, and common office procedures. The Radiology Technologist performs diagnostic imaging examinations to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions — operating sophisticated equipment, collaborating with our clinical team, and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout.

• Perform radiographic procedures and X-rays for diagnostic purposes while maintaining patient safety and following all radiologic requirements
• Prepare patients for X-ray exams including rooming, proper gowning, positioning, and explaining radiation safety protocols
• Determine proper technique and appropriate exposure settings based on body part being imaged
• Safely operate X-ray and portable X-ray equipment, including travel to other clinic sites as applicable
• Document procedures accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Maintain radiographic supplies, equipment condition, and quality control logs
• Perform additional clinical tasks: rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, answering phones, and assisting providers with procedures
• Perform procedures such as EKG testing, suture removal, and dressing changes after competency verification
• Administer medications as ordered, with proper documentation and patient education
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and infection control standards

• Blood draw experience or willingness to learn highly preferred

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification
• Active Radiologic Technologist licensure in the State of Wisconsin
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program
• Strong knowledge of radiography standards, safety guidelines, and infection control
• Proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and assist with patient transfers as needed

We're seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team — functioning independently to deliver comprehensive primary care in a model that gives you the time and autonomy to practice medicine the way it should be done.

• Perform thorough history and physical exams for acute and chronically ill patients on an outpatient basis
• Diagnose health conditions and order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays, EKGs, etc.)
• Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment plans
• Perform trained medical procedures including laceration repair, splinting and casting, incision and drainage, simple lesion removal, foreign body removal, cryotherapy, injections, and immunizations
• Work with employer groups to provide comprehensive care to employees, families, and staff
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members on patient care plans and coordinate referrals as needed
• Monitor patient progress through follow-up appointments and adjust care plans accordingly
• Document all patient information accurately and concisely in the EMR
• Go on-site with employers to engage with employees and promote health and wellness

• Strong clinical judgment and analytical decision-making skills

• Committed to HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality

• Current and active NP or PA licensure in the State of Wisconsin
• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Current DEA licensure in the State of Wisconsin
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• NPs: Current APRN licensure in Wisconsin; passing recertification exam every 10 years
• PAs: 100 hours of CME every 2 years; passing recertification exam every 6 years
