No. LINK Healthcare's fee-for-service model does not require insurance. You pay a flat per-visit fee at the time of service — $125 for a standard visit or $225 for a complex visit. No insurance coordination, no prior authorizations, no billing complexity.

Fill out our Request More Information form and our team will reach out to get you scheduled. You can also call your nearest clinic location directly to set up an appointment. Fee-for-service appointments are scheduled based on provider availability after employer-sponsored members have been accommodated.

A Level 1 visit ($125) covers focused, single-issue visits with straightforward clinical decision-making — typically 15–30 minutes. A Level 2 visit ($225) covers multi-system, new patient, or complex visits requiring extended evaluation — typically 30–45+ minutes. Examples of each are listed on our Pricing page.

Payment is collected at the time of service via Square. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and HSA cards. There is no billing after your visit — no statements in the mail, no surprise charges.

Yes. HSA cards are accepted at time of service. LINK care visits are generally an eligible HSA expense, making fee-for-service care even more affordable for patients with health savings accounts.

No. LINK Healthcare does not participate in Medicare or Medicaid programs. Additionally, if you receive any form of state aid or government assistance, we are unfortunately unable to see you on a fee-for-service basis. We encourage you to reach out to us directly if you have questions about your specific situation.

Yes. Fee-for-service care at LINK is available to individuals and families. Each family member would be seen individually and billed per visit at the applicable Level 1 or Level 2 rate.
